Old Description
On my system Mac OSX Tiger (not server) there is no such file networksetup this prevents from starting will with Safari browser.
New description
We currently support a few strange inconsistencies between mac os version.
1. If you install Tiger as an upgrade networksetup lives under a different name 2. Leopard broke some crucial networksetup options that help find the Mac "name" for an interface. Our workaround has issues when you're using some kinds of interfaces. 3. networksetup lives in a different location on a new Leopard install.
We need to fix the few cases we don't handle. BUT, the original issue this bug was logged for is actually fixed.
